Wigram Drones was commissioned to carry out a drone property photography project at a residential home in Wootton, Bedfordshire. The client wanted a set of high-quality aerial images that captured the layout of the property, surrounding gardens, and nearby landscape.
Our team used professional drone equipment to take a range of detailed photographs from various altitudes and angles, highlighting key features such as roof structure, outdoor spaces, and boundary lines.
Our Approach
Before flying, we carried out a full on-site risk assessment to ensure safe operation in accordance with CAA regulations. Once cleared for flight, our drone captured a complete visual overview of the property in under 30 minutes, producing a balanced mix of wide shots and close-up detail.
